How much do I need to know about dance or yoga before I attend this retreat?
​
No prior experience with dance or yoga is required. Ocean Dance Zanzibar is for you wherever you are, to dance yourself into further freedom. There are no grade levels or skills assessment.

Can anyone enroll in the Ocean Dance Zanzibar?
​
Yes, and children who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone who can move can benefit from Ocean Dance. No one is too young or too old to feel doubt, confusion, frustration, or lack of passion in their lives, and everyone deserves to find true refuge in their own bodies, and in the world.

Upon application, I will send you an exclusive list of exercises that you can begin at home before the retreat, if you wish to get a head start!

Two words: Dancing Brazilian. Eloah will be with you through all eight days, facilitating Yoga Dance, answering your questions, and sharing relevant stories. A competent, dedicated staff will support you to make sure you have the most powerful experience possible.

At the same time, you will be your own guide, giving yourself the knowledge that only you can access. Eloah will be there to support you at every step along the way. And every other participant in the group will be your teacher, and you will be theirs.
