Who’s behind the community?
Eloah Paes Ramalho - Self-Love & Authenticity Coach
In 2014, while taking a sabbatical from Brazil, I declared I would move to Cape Town. I’ve been in Cape Town for the last 5 years, and I’ve created a life I love that includes surfing, rock climbing and dancing.
I continue to be a student of self-love, and it’s one of my favorite subjects to teach. Everything I will share with you was tested by me and has helped me let go of guilt, shame, blame and self-criticism, as well as to feel a deeper sense of belonging to myself and to the world.
I did it, and I know you can too. I’m honoured to walk alongside you on that journey!
Here’s a little about me:
-
I graduated 1st in my year at the top University in South America.
-
I worked in corporate negotiations for 6 years in Brazil, then worked in the non-profit and Government sectors abroad.
-
I married a Frenchman I met in Sweden when I was 22. We divorced when I was 26.
-
I followed my heart to complete a year-long social entrepreneurship program in Europe. I ended up living in 7 different countries, and travelling through another 14.
-
I learned from programs like the Stanford University Storytelling Project and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology U-Lab.
-
I have a post-grad diploma in Sustainable Development.
-
I am famous for passionate dancing and long held gazes.
-
I enjoy facilitating people and groups in transition in 3 continents.
-
I learned to love my body after decades of body shame and eating disorders.
-
I'm a passionate advocate for Mental Health education and healing through surf and dance.
-
In 2018, I incorporated dance with meditation, authentic relating games, writing biographical stories and mindfulness in order to blow the roof of connection we allow ourselves with strangers, colleagues and loved ones.
What else do I need to know?

Can you explain what virtual co-loving is?
After having incredible results as part of an online co-working community and hearing time and time again from clients that they want to preserve their energy online while breaking through isolation during this pandemic, as well as getting their meditation/yoga/self-love practices in check to keep healthy, I decided to create a wildly accessible and by invite-only community!
Have you ever heard of co-housing or co-working? It is the same concept! Except you will come together on Zoom not to live, nor to work, you will come together to make sure you give an hour or two of every day to do WHAT MATTERS TO YOU at this time of your life.
